Binding pricing is provided only in a written proposal signed by an authorised representative of Tasdak.
4. Estimates and contracts
Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are based on the conditions observed at the site walk, and assume the access, utilities and schedule described in the proposal. Concealed conditions discovered after work begins may require a written change order. All work is performed under a separate written contract that governs payment terms, scheduling, warranty, insurance and dispute resolution; where those terms conflict with these Terms, the contract prevails.
5. Intellectual property
All text, photography, graphics, layout and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Tasdak and are protected by copyright. You may print or download extracts for your own internal evaluation. Republication, resale or systematic copying is not permitted without written permission.
6. Trademarks
"Tasdak" and the Tasdak shield mark are trademarks of Tasdak Coatings Group, LLC. Third-party product and manufacturer names are the property of their respective owners and are referenced descriptively only.
7. Third-party content
